Comments
Invite your clients to leave comments. Track conversations, receive notifications.
Comment Features
Comments are a great way to gather feedback and annotate your floor plans. Anyone who has access can leave a comment.
Open the Comments Panel via the icon in the Right Toolbar and view all comments across the layout.
You can edit, reply to, and delete comments.
Good to know: Clients with whom you share your floor plan will be unable to edit or delete your comments, they can only update and delete their own responses.
Resolve Comments
Once a comment has been addressed, you can optionally mark it as resolved. This will fade out the comment icon on the canvas.
Comment Notifications
You can set up automated email notifications that will be sent to select members of your team when a comment is added or replied to by a client you've shared a floor plan with.
These notifications are disabled by default. You have to manually enable on each layout. This can be helpful to immediately know when a client has feedback.
