Export Layouts
Export your layout to various formats - PDF, JPEG and DXF
When it comes to exporting... we have you covered. Choose from a range of formats, sizes and customise drawing overlays including logos, titles and more.
Zoom and pan your layout to position and export your floor plan as required.
Export Features
- Preset Templates: Once you've configured your export settings, you can quickly save them as a preset to reuse next time.
- Format: The default PDF maintains perfectly sharp lines at every zoom level. You can also choose JPEG or DXF, which is a widely used CAD format. (If a client requests a DWG file, DXF is a widely accepted alternative).
- Paper Size: Increase the pixel size for larger floor plans if you need a JPEG and want to maintain crisp lines.
- Title Block: Add a variety of title fields, including the layout name, who last updated the file, and when. These are carefully formatted for consistency. Click the settings icon to customise.
- Scale Bar: A dynamic scale bar that updates as you zoom in and out. The settings allow you to select metres, feet & inches, or both.
- Logo: Include your company logo for a consistent, professional document.
Batch Export All Layouts
From your Event Library, when viewing a single event you also have the option to batch export all layouts in that event.
You can choose which layouts to export; all will be selected by default.
Next you can configure your export settings in the same way as a single layout export.
Note: With batch exports - each layout will be zoomed and centred automatically. If you need more control over positioning you must export each layout individually.
